ARTEMIS Transition Partners was first registered as a Private Limited Liability Company (PLLC) in Kenya in 1996.
ARTEMIS Transition Partners is similarly registered in Uganda and Tanzania, with the Kenya company owning 48% of the locally registered companies.
It is from these three countries that we reach our clients within the East Africa region and beyond.
The following roles are responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in the firm, and to specifically ensure that the firm sustainably delivers professional services within its prescribed framework of service delivery.

The Practice is overall managed by the Practice Manager, who manages all administrative functions in all locations where the firm is present, with the relevant assistance from local administrative staff.
The firm's remuneration structure is based on a fixed monthly retainer, consulting fees and a commission on net earnings each year.
All employees are subject to renewable fixed-term contracts within the firm’s global HR policy, subject to local legal adaptations in each case.
There are seven levels at which any one person will be working in the firm, graduated by seniority, and on the basis of which monthly retainers and consulting fees are determined:

- Admin Assistant

The Managing Director is personally responsible for all professional, branding, legal, statutory and regulatory compliance and is guided in this by a comprehensive set of performance indicators.
